Complaint Review: Showcase Design Marketing LLC

In 2013, I entered into three separate advertising contracts with Showcase Design Marketing, LLC, to provide email blast services which included purchasing guaranteed, scrubbed email addresses, design services and execution of certain campaigns. Shortly after entering into that agreement he failed to deliver the services as promised.

Based on Google Analytics and the embedded encoding in the email template, I found out that of the approximately 162,000 emails sent, less than 11% of the emails were delivered and less that ½ of 1% were even opened.  On top of that, I did not receive a single phone call or email from the campaign. The lack of execution in the timely delivery of his “guaranteed” email contacts ended up causing a large loss of revenue for my company.

In light of his poor performance and the financial loss he caused to my company, I asked for my money back. Unsurprisingly,  he hasn’t responded to my numerous attempts to contact him  through email or phone.  This guy is a fraud and should not be trusted.
