Showcase Pontiac ripoff Excuses, deceptions and lies abound at this dealership! Phoenix Arizona
The only thing missing at Showcase Pontiac is the plaid pants and the greasy hair. This is the most cliche used car dealer, with all of the typcial tactics and lies.
3 hours after taking delivery of a WS6 Trans Am, my fiance discovered an oil leak. Salesman assured her the leak was fixed. I investigated and it was the Rear Main Seal of the motor!
We went to the dealership to complain and rescind the deal, since the car wasn't properly represented. The vehicle was supposed to be "Certified" and she was duped into signing for full NADA retail.
We gave them 4 extra hours of time to make the deal right and they refused. They were downright hostile as soon as we mentioned words like "misrepresentation" and "uncompleted certification".
The sales and finance managers said there is no way to cancel the contract and we could not back out for any reason. My lawyer is busy proving them wrong.
Caveat Emptor.... May the buyer beware.... No more true at Showcase than at any other place on the planet.
