July 10, 2017: Placed order for shutters.
July 28: Shutters installed.
August 3, 2017: I called them and they and was told repair scheduler not there.
August 4: I called and we set appt.for August 16 to come and look at them as I was unhappy with the workmanship. Repairman came out on the 16th, took measurements and said company would call to set up date for repairs. They never called.
August 15: Around this date I called them and it was rescheduled for September 6. Showcase called and canceled and set new date for repairs on September 12. Repair person showed up and tried to repair with no success. Repair person called supervisor and said needed to be replaced. Supervisor OK'd replacement.
September 15: Karla, Showcase employee, emailed me said new shutters would be installed on September 23 between 2 and 3 pm.
September 23: No show by 3:15, I emailed Karla to report no show or call from repair person. She said would contact repair person and get back to me. She emailed me saying could not contact repair person. Day came and went with no calls or repairs.
September 25: I called company and spoke with Page Brittany Mason. She told me she was the manager, gave me her personal cell number and said she woul personally make sure shutters would be done right and set a date for October 3 between 10 and 11 a.m. for new install.
October 3: Page texted me saying shutters were not ready and rescheduled for Oct. 5 between 10-11 a.m.
October 5: I then called Page's phone number after 11 a.m. and left voicemail that repairman never showed or called. She texted me back saying she was at a prenatal appt. but would find out what is up with my appt. and either she or installer would call me back. I texted her back at 11:33 a.m. and said still waiting for return call. She texted me back at 11:39 a.m. and said would call them again. They were at an install but said they would call me. She told them to call me ASAP.
October 5: I texted her and asked her to call me instead of texting me. She replied, I am at an appt. or I would. I texted her back and asked her to call me when she was done with appt. I never received a call back.
October 6 I have had no reply or contact from them. And no reinstall or replacement. I called and left message, are you going to replace shutters or reimburse for the faulty shutters.
October 7: No response from company as of today's date.
After 5 emails, many phone calls and numerous texts, I am getting no responses. Company has 2 different addresses, one shows 3131 W. Lewis Avenue and 3440 W. Lewis Avenue in Phoenix with numerous phone numbers with no answers. Number on website is no longer valid.
When checking the AZROc, no company is listed under Showcase Shutters, but there is a company listed under Sundevil Shutters with a license renewal date of October 2018.
I tried to pay with credit card, but sales rep said had to be a personal check. I wrote a check in the amount of $766 made out to Showcase Shutters.

I'm the Sr Managing Partner of Sun Devil Shutters LLC. We are NOT associated with Showcase shutters.
Showcase is located a few miles from us but a completely different company, address, and phone number. Not the same owners, not the same managers, builders etc. Please remove our company from your comment.
