this woman teresa cwik with showcase staging houston advertises FREE consultation. after looking at some of her work, i decided she is not the one to do my home staging project. i am trying to sell my vacant house and wanted it furnished to show potential buyers since i have moved out. teressa cwik got very rude and very upset.
later in the week, she then mailed over a bill for $20/ hour for her "free" consulting. i didn't sign a contract or agree to hire her. now she is demanding payment or threatening to turn the bill over to a collection agency!!! stay away from this company. it is all lies.
after this experience, i did see other negative reports about her and her company. she claims in one report to be "victimized". im sure people have better things to do than go out of their way to "victimize" this woman if she didn't do anything wrong.
she would have better luck conducting herself and her business in a professional manner, instead of 'victimizing' herself when people complain.

This is Teresa Cwik with Showcase Staging Houston.
Vandi Kalsi and Eric Bradshaw continue to have no respect whatsoever for texas law. They are slandering MANY people and business's online and BREAKING THE LAW. Vandi Kalsi has/had a Brokers License. In my opinion, it's hard to be believe that such an unethical woman could have a Brokers License! You can file a complaint regardless if her license is "expired" or not!
They are targeting not only me and my business but many other people and their business's too! If you are a victim of their online slander and harassment please contact the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). We must work together to STOP them!
In my opinion, nobody as unethical as this person should hold a Brokers License.

Showcase Staging Houston is being attacked by internet preditors, criminals and scam artists Vandi Kalsi and Eric Bradshaw. They are also targeting other small businesses and extorting them for money in exchange for stopping the defamation attack. They have no basis for what they are saying. They are Lying about everything. Showcase Staging Houston is a great staging company.
Vandi and Eric make up fictious names and post defamatory statements. Showcase Staging Houston has ABSOLUTLEY NO DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

The main posting against Showcase Staging Houston is, in my opinion, an attack by criminals and scam artists vandi Kalsi and Eric Bradshaw. They are targeting small busniesses and extorting them for money in exchange for stopping this defamatory attack both personally and business. They WILL NOT WIN. THEY ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH AND GARBAGE. they are victimizing small businesses. They are nothing. Then mean nothing and they will forever be nothing. They are insignificant... for all they have tried to do.. they have not succeeded. I have done busniess with Showcase Staging Houston and I have great things to say about them. They are honest and hardworking. This attack is a complete fabrication on thier part. They have ABSOLUTLEY NO DEALINGS WITH showcase Staging Houston or any other staging company. Think about it and look at the claims they alledge. They are inconsitant and without truth. They make a living by extorting money from people. Thus they are criminals. No such action, as discribed by the Original report, has been done.

They are the primary reason why you should contact your representative and tell them to pass laws to stop crazies like Vandi and Eric from using websites like this to harass and defame busineess and people. There is a difference between voicing your consumer complaint and an untruthful attack.
