As a realtor and developer, we came across this company through professional gatherings. What a nightmare. It sounded good at the start, but once us and my clients signed their contract they unleashed their designer and tennants upon us. We basically became their slaves. Basically the house becoming their "hotel". They can do whatever they want, and us the owners, becoming the maids/room service.
I believe the owner Beth and her husband have good intentions, but the don't do enough quality background checks on their reps.
First of all they take over the house as their "Pleasure Party" house. Piss off the neighbors to the extend that they become your enemies too. Prior to several showings, I would have to send over a cleaning lady just to pick up after their mess. They would use unused rooms around the house as their beat up over-stocked furniture wharehouse storage.
They would throw parties on weekend nights, to the extend that there were trash all around the house on Sundays, the usual open house days.
On top of that they would announce to the entire neighborhood that they have "Purchased the house". They were so bad, that they got fired from 3 homes in the same week.
