I was initially skeptical about shopping on this site and my instincts have so far proved to be correct. I placed an order for a swimsuit and a couple days later received an email update that a tracking number had been created for my package. I've since been checking to see the tracking updates and there have been none.

The only information provided is that "USPS has been notified to expect a package." I have reached out to customer service via email twice and have yet to hear back. Of course there is no actual customer service number, so at this point there is nothing else I can do. I internet shop quite a bit and there is usually about a 10 day cycle (at the most) of when you place an order to when you receive it, so I know my expectations are reasonable. I am still anxiously awaiting an update and am slightly nervous as to the quality of my order if/when I do finally receive it. This is extremely disappointing but I guess this is to be expected when you are dealing with an online boutique that sells knockoffs.

After threatening, via email, multiple times to call my back and cancel my transaction I finally received my order. I never actually received any response from customer service directly, just the crappy product. The swimsuit I ordered did not fit and the quality was very poor. I suggest thinking twice before ordering from this site, it will be a whole lot of trouble for a whole bunch of nothing.
