Complaint Review: Ronco &Popeal Inventions

We ordered this on November the 10th 1999. We where not satisfied with it. We returned it on the first of December 1999. I called the company on January 5th 2000. They said they did not receive the product, even though we put insurance on it. We had to fax them a copy of the insurance receipt before they would even say the received it. It was Feb. 15th of 2000 before they finally said they got it. We still have not seen any money back.
