My family bought rounding tikets. In the early morning, I called them to set up my return schedule. They told me they will pick my family at 10:25 and they asked my phone numver. We were front of gate at 10:23 and the bus never show up then I called them and the company said "you unfortunately missed your bus" and they asked me get service at 11:25 no matter my flight schedule is. If you are not always lucky, then think about using their service. My family used taxi and the company said ask refund on their website but I cannot find it.
