ShoxPalace Iwas ripped off for about $200 ripoff Washington District of Columbia
I placed an order with the company which sounded like a reputable company. I spent $189.98 on 2 pair of sneakers and it should've arrived in 7-14 days as promised. When it didn't I emailed the business to find out the delay, they said that the order was being shipped out that day and i should recieve it by the end of the week.
The following week I emailed once again when I didn't recieve my order and got no responce what so ever. For the next few weeks I waiting to see if it would come late in the mail while continuing to contact the business. My emails grew more and more frustated and still no response. I even threatened to take legal action and still nothing.
I finally found this website by running a search on this company. To my dismay this has happened a few times before and exactly the same way as it did to me. There was a number for ShoxPalace with one of the previous reports so I called it hoping to speak with someone who could help solve my problem. Instead a women answered confused and asking where I had got the number from, then tellin me it was her personal cell phone number. I've had enough and I hope this report can help save someone from making the same mistake I made.
