I paid Shubham Tiwari $350 May 15, 2015 for tech support calls that he didn't deliver to my client. He had stopped all communications with me and it was clear he had no intention of delivering the promised calls or refunding the money.
I had been in talks with him for 3 months prior to illicting his services and he told me he had a office he was remodeling but was making close to $3k a week doing tech calls. The calls he was offering were below market price and due to a lengthy back and forth I decided to try his calls and route them to my client's center.
Once he had the money he stopped communicating at all. It was only until a week after he got the money that he responded to me on skype saying google shut down his account so he wouldn't be able to deliver the services. He then said he'd send the money back out of his own pocket on a day me, him, and the buyer agreed upon. When the day approached I contacted him on skype with no luck. Then the day past and then a few days without any word at all.
Luckily, I had an friend from India who he was already in the process of trying to scam (showed me screen shots from skype of them talking during the time I was desperately trying to get ahold of him) who offered to help me get the money back by filing a legal case on him in India.
My friend added me into the skype room with them both and Shubham proceed to speak another language so he could only communicate with my friend. He ended up sending the funds to my friend who in turned sent it back to me before the buyer was fired by his boss for being scammed.

He's lying about how much he makes, doesn't care that he stole anything, almost ruined my reputation and almost had someone fired from their job.
