Shy Shinalt property management requires the first month's rent and 10% of following months rent. He takes the deposits from the renter. You or your renter will never see any of that money again. I got my rent for a year but was not pleased because my rentor or myself could never get in contact with him. Any maintenance issues were seldom taken care of and when they were, fees were deducted from the rent but never any receipts to show the actual cost of the repairs.
After the first year, all rental checks to the owner stopped. May excuses of the "lost in the mail" checks but no money. Shy is a scam artist that does just enough work to make you think he is for real but he will get to you. No matter what he says, STAY AWAY from this guy.
