Shyne fox store ordered a pair of Jack Skellington sneakers for granddaughter for Christmas...never got them. Bank statement shows that they took the money

Ordered a pair of Jack Skellington sneakers for my granddaughter for Christmas. Got an email saying they would be delayed due to holiday season. Money was taken for the sneakers in December 2017 for &17.95.  Never received sneakers or never reimbursed for sneakers either.
