Complaint Review: ShyneFoxStore

I ordered a pair of shoes ($17.95) for my son-in-law on 12.20.2017.  I received an email thanking me for my purchase shortly after completing the purchase. The email stated "Hi Carolyn, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."

I never received another email and when attempting to contact them with the link they provided the webpage is no longer available. There is little sign that says "We'll be back soon!"

I have since seen many people with the same issues. As my order number is 5484, I believe there are at least that many people who are suffering the same problems. 

I am disputing my purchase with my bank currently.
