Sent a 94 Dodge 2500 PCM in for repairs. Got the unit back and it did not function properly. They charged my credit card 234.95 for repair. Sent unit back for warranty repair because it was not fixed the first time. Got unit back, was worse than the first repair and they charged my credit card for a second 234.95. I immediately called them on Aug. 16, 2010 and a representative send they would refund both charges. Called them back on Aug. 23, 2010 and talked to the same representative. He send didn't remember my first call but would refund the second charge and refund the first charge if I would sent a copy of the invoice of a new PCM bought from a local Dodge dealer. I had my attorney sent a letter and a copy of the invoice of the new PCM bought from the local dealer. SIA did refund the second charge but will not refund the first. Tried to blame the problems on something in the vehicle itself causing the PCM malfunction. When I installed the PCM bought from the local dealer (remanufactured by MOPAR) everything functioned perfect. Sense the letter sent by my attorney they have not contacted him or me. Have called and left messages for a return call. No response. This is a company that rips off its customers and has no problems doing it!
