Sid Farahani is an embarrassment to Dan Perkins and Subaru in general. After performing a bait and switch on me (quoting an online price and then changing it when I came in for a test drive), he was rude throughout our conversations, which I chose to ignore because he quoted a decent price. When he called me to follow up THREE WEEKS LATER, he became verbally abusive when I told him I could not get financing, accused me of wasting his time, refused to return my REFUNDABLE deposit, and HUNG UP on me. Avoid him at all costs.

After DARING to complain online, I received a threatening letter from the lawyer for Dan Perkins Subaru. There is the clear implication that they will sue me if I continue to complain about Dan Perkins and Sid Farahani. They say he was "severely reprimanded," which I can only conclude means they continue to employ this abusive fraudster. I did go on online and did give negative reviews on Sid Farahani, which I believe is within my First Amendment rights. This hardly constitutes complaints "incessantly used beyond reason with the purpose to harm" - to quote Dan Perkins attorney. He also quite correctly states "the truth is a perfect defense in libel," after admitting Sid did everything I complained about. The attorney also stated: Sid is a "foreigner," he has a "different view of women," and he "has children," therefore he will not be terminated at this time. What a joke.

Thankfully, Corporate Subaru, when made aware of the disgraceful behavior of Sid Farahani, gave me a $500 certificate to compensate me for Sid's mistreatment of a longtime customer. He has already bounced from THREE Subaru dealerships in CT that I know of (Bertarra, Garavel, and Dan Perkins) - I don't know why they keep employing him and letting him abuse customers - but I guess that is their problem!
