I met with a salesperson from sidell law also named jerry who wanted upfront fee to help me lower my mortgage.he was very nice and personable but something didn't seem right.the attorney wasn't available and when i googled the attorney it looks like a big mess.when I asked for references I was told it is confidential-so I called the BBB and Ag's office and was told not to do it that they have an f rating and a lot of complaints.
the bank keeps giving me a hard time and i am not sure what to do.
but i was warned that i will lose my money.seems very fishy.
