WE PAID THIS d****e BAG JERRY MAYER OVER 3,000 DOLLARS TO GIVE TO HIS BOSS "AZZFACE"SIDELL TO SAVE OUR HOME.THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND OH SO HELPFUL IN THE BEGINNING
WHILE THEY WERE COLLECTING MONIES BUT THEN THEY TURNED ON US.WE GOT NO HELP BUT TOLD EVERYTHING WAS OUR FAULT, WE DIDNT SEND IN THE RIGHT PAPERWORK OR SIDELL WAS TOO BUSY, PROBABLY WITH HIS DIVORCE!
THEN WE READ THEY WERE DOING THIS ALL OVER THE PLACE USING DIFFERENT COMPANY NAMES.OUR BANK ENDED UP HELPING US ON THEIR OWN AND TOLD US TO GET OUR MONEY BACK THAT SIDELL WAS NO SUPER LAWYER JUST A SUPER SCAMMER.
BEWARE OF THIS LAWLESS ATTORNEY,DO NOT GIVE HIM A DIME!

I am sorry that you claim to have had a bad experience. If you had made your identity known then we may have been able to help you further. Unfortunately, not all clients can have their homes saved. If you were a client of American Consultants and you believe you were scammed then that is unfortunate. I too was scammed, as I was only an employee of a corporation, who was not paid for months, and continued to obtain loan modifications for clients in good faith. Since forming Sidell Law Offices, P.C., we have had a sucess rate of 90% for obtaining loan modifications.
Additionally, personal attacks such as those contained in your complaint probably reveal that the author of this complaint may have been the same person who scammed me as described above as well as the clients of Amierican Consultants.
