Complaint Review: sidesocket.com

sidesocket.com started to order one side socket. unable to take off additional units to my order. left page w/o ordering only to find out later that they placed my order. unknown Internet

I started an order but did not place the order.  Three days later I received an email that an order for $84 was placed. I asked for a RMA # to send the order back.  Received the order three weeks later and sent it back a day later.  Still have not had my account credited back for sending these units back.  False advertizing as they say they are surge protectors as well but you have to pay more for those and each unit is extra shipping.  This is why I did not place the order when I was on line.  No phone number to contact the company.
