Siegler - Sovietski RIPOFF! HORRIBLE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE Cincinnati Ohio
I ordered two Erte prints in the early part of December 2004. I received one print months later. The second arrived about a month after that but it was the same as the first. UPS came and picked it up. I waited another month or more for the right print. The print was damaged.
Two days later I received a replacement print and that was damaged as well. I sent 3 emails to customer service who did not respond until I told a representative that nobody responded. UPS came and picked up the first damaged piece. The other damaged piece has been sitting on my porch for the last week and 1/2.
Siegler customer service told me that UPS would be liable should anyone steal the damaged piece, which I find pretty hard to believe. UPS has not yet picked up the second damaged print. I called customer service today and the two supervisors I had been dealing with were out of the office. When I asked to be transferred to their superior, I was told they were too out of the office today.
The damaged print remains as a part of my porch decoration. This purchasing experience has been absolutely horrible. I wanted to send the first print back since I had bought them as a pair, however I would then have to find packaging it would fit in and I just don't have the time. I have given enough time to this awful company.
There was also a rip off report filed on this company back in 2002 where the customer service rep blamed 9/11. Absolutely ridiculous. The whole world should know what a joke this company is.
