Apparantly they tried to move into Bellefontaine, Ohio. Thank goodness someone came here did there home work and came to the first day of training with it all. It caused quite a stir and Mr. Hayes and his Eye Patched friend Booked it out of there as quick as possible. That was of course after the police showed up and escorted them out of the building. When Mr. Hayes was questioned about several of the claims made by individuals like those on ripp off report, he didn't seem to have the answers. He was frantically looking through peoples applications looking for the one persons application who asked for it back. In fact everyone there asked for there application back at a later time and he took off with them. Things started sounding extremely fishy once things started coming out into the light. Like how are you going to hire 40+ people for the same position? I mean there was 47 people in my training class, and then I found out my aunt got hired too and she was supposed to start her training the next day. Also they said we would get paid $25 an hour to just show up at peoples houses. Nothing was mentioned about a commission at all. When asked about wether or not we would be able to do the amount of presentations that was required per week, we were simply told it seems like a lot but, yes, if you work hard you will get that many a week and possibly more. The claims against these guys are very clear. Its a huge scam. I did find one thing odd though, there was another report on here claiming Mr. Hayes was not his real name. But an officer did check his drivers liscence and made a criminal background check while we were there. So unless he's stolen someones identity I don't know how. But the man with the eye patch was there. Mr. Hayes claimed he was a trainee that was following him around and learning the ropes. Whats so interesting about this is that these reports around Ohio are all about Mr. Hayes and this eyepatched man, and they told us they had just gotten into the state, there's to many holes. Once Mr. Hayes was questioned by the officer, the officer said there was a lot of holes in his story that Mr. Hayes could not explain. It was a very strange experience for me, but I have to say thankyou to who ever showed up there and did all of this for the many people who were there. I know of at least 3 people in that room who had already quit there jobs and one who turned down the military. Many of us had more then one child to raise and was dreaming of our children's futures, if possible I think we should file a class action law suite against Sierra Industries. There screwing over alot of people, its time this stuff gets put to a hault.

Now that I have your attention,I wanted to show you how easy it is for anybody to post anything on this site regardless if it's true or not. My name is Amanda,I just wanted to write a little something about this day because I was actually there, and in fact i'm still there, and thought it would be important for people to actually get a complete factual part of the story. (i'm just that type of person,I would stop to help someone broke down on the side of the road to).The gentleman who wrote this report starts out by saying "apparently they tried to move into Bellefontaine,Ohio".Thank God they did!...with the economy the way it is today, and businesses closing down every week,I was extremely excited that they were bringing new jobs to our town.I have 2 little children, and this job so far has been a blessing to me and my family. To clarify the claim that "greg" stated that "Mr.Hayes and his eye patched friend booked it out of there as quick as possible"..what he failed to tell you is that his eye patched friend(whose name by the way is Chris, and a very nice person to I should ad) is actually the one who phoned the police due to how out of control one of our classmates was,he also failed to mention that class resumed the very next day with those of us that actually needed work, and had bills to pay(oh that's right he left before finding out the truth).Let's think about this word "scam",what does it actually mean, because people on here throw it around so often..here's what I know, they don't charge us anything for the training....or make us buy the equipment they give to us to demonstrate...come to think of it the only money that's been exchanged at all was the company paying me for my first sale of the Machine! (I haven't been here long enough yet to get my bi-weekly pay) and the check was good when I cashed it and bought diapers and formula for my kids.So apparently I don't know exactly what that word means.Toward the end of his statement "greg" states that "people" should file a class action law suit against Sierra Industries..:"they're screwing over alot of people"...my question is how?..this job may not be for everybody but good grief giving people an opportunity to make an honest days wage for the work that they do is hardly grounds for a "class action law suit" lol...if anything i'm thankful that they hired me,and gave me the opportunity to make money..Look, what it boils down to is...you can't make everyone happy all the time, only some people happy some of the time,if you look hard enough to find something bad..you will...to prove a point while i'm on this site I wondered what would happen if I did a company search on Wal-mart,guess what I found?...HUNDREDS of complaints...does that mean that you all will stop shopping at wal-mart?..of course not..guess what else I found?..over 500 complaints on GOD!..check for yourself..the point is there's no research done by this "rip off report website" to confirm any of these claims,so I guess my point is..Don't believe everything you read...i'm glad I didn't or else I may still be looking for work like the ones in my class who didn't stick around to find out for themselves.Well I have to get off here now and get ready to go to work (yes the same job on here that people say is fake) so I can continue to support my family, thanks everyone for reading another side of the story, have a great day!
