I ordered Revolution from this company for the price, buying a huge quantity for a disabled friend who has 26 kitties.  I asked questions about saving money on future orders, and "John" responded with helpful suggestions toward this goal.  However, after investigating the company and discovering that the product was shipping from Australia - coupled with the fact that my friend and I decided that Revolution would not be safe to use on her cats (risk of seizures, etc.), I immediately emailed "John" asking if the product was safe, and - if so - why it was shipping from Australia.  Receiving no response, I emailed "John", instructing him to cancel the order and send an RMA number.  

I advised "John" that my friend would be refusing the shipment and she needed an RMA number to return the product.  There has been no response to my emails whatsoever - AND the emails I sent replicated themselves, so it appears that the discountpetmeds email is also infected with a virus.  DO NOT deal with these people!!

I will be contacting Bank of America to dispute this charge tomorrow.
