I agreed to home delivery for the smallest water bottles (at the cheapest price and a set price). I discovered my delivery person, Charles O. De Rosier, was double charging me for monthly rental of water dispenser and higher rate per bottle than agreed upon, while masking it in a distored bill. I asked on the bill for clarification as I saw prices too high and he deliberately avoided telling me he was overcharging me. When I realized HOW he was overcharging me, I stopped the account and told him I wanted reimbursement for the overcharges as this was misrepresentation, breach of contract and deceptive business practices. He refused. I spoke with the district manager, who said he'd get it resolved and call me back. He never did. They don't care who they rip off. Calling their main numbers gets you the runaround, but no results. Too bad the company doesn't care if they have a bad reputation or bad service.
