Ordered service for water and coffe. 1 month later still did not receive what we had ordered. Caleed to tell them we wanted to cancel, and was told that we would be charged a $150.00 cancel charge?? I wish I would off checked Rip_Off_Report before I ordered. Looks like other people had the same problem.

Sierra Springs isn't too bright. "HAD" SS for 5 or 6 years. Didn't use too much water at the office. When the water guy came, I'd pay him out of petty cash. Last time he came, his hand held didn't work so I paid him $7 cash for 1-5 gallon jug. Started getting a bill for $1.95. The 5 gallon jugs had gone to $8.95. The water guy never came back. They stopped delivery because I hadn't paid the $1.95. They sent me a nasty letter telling me they were going to turn me over to a collection agency.

Called 'em up and explained that I paid the delivery guy IN CASH AT TIME OF DELIVER BUT THROUGH NO FAULT OF MINE HE NEVER CAME BACK...... Some nice account rep. said she was sorry and would delete the $1.95. I sure am enjoying the nice SS water cooler/heater I got for free, when I canceled their service.
