I contacted Sigma Beauty on 1/22/16 and informed them that the coupon code that I used, which they supplied me for being a first time customer did not work and I wanted the difference refunded back to my form of payment. 

"You owe me a refund to my credit card. This is my first time purchasing and I was supposed to receive 20% off and used the coupon code but your system didn't give me 20% off. Please refund my credit card the difference immediately."

 My response from them was automated on 1/22/16.

"Hello Gorgeous!

Thank you for contacting Sigma! A customer service representative will respond to your inquiry within 1-3 business days. Please add [email protected] // to your contacts to ensure you receive our reply.

Thank you,
Sigma Customer Service Team"

Their response on 1/25/16 was completely unrelated to my problem that I emailed them about.

"Thank you for the comment with your recent Sigma purchase! Unfortunately, at this time, the full size E40 gold brush is not being offered as a free gift. I apologize for any inconvenience. I see that the E25 mini blending brush was selected with this order and will be included in your package with your other products. Thank you and I hope you have a beautiful day! TAMI BRENDEL"

Another response on the same day 1/25/16 again completely unrelated was.

"Thank you for your email and recent purchase with Sigma! Your order was placed on Friday, January 22, 2016, and has been in process for 1 business day. Most orders take 2-4 business days to process. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Have a beautiful day! RACHEL LUCKER "

Again on 1/26/16 I emailed them 

"Hi,

I still have not heard back from you about the discount that was supposed to be applied to this order. Please refund me the difference asap. "
 
Again on 1/26/16 I received an email from them unrelated.
 
Thank you for your e-mail. I apologize, the E40-Gold is not one of our gift with purchase items. As indicated on our sitegifts are subject to change without notice. Again on 2/2/16 I emailed them.
 
"Hi,

Again on 2/2/16 automated response.

On 2/4/16 I finally receive a response.

"I am so sorry that you have not gotten a response from us regarding a discount. What discount code were you trying to apply to your order? I would be happy to look into this for you. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you!

Sadly they can look at my purchase and see the coupon code that I used!

I reply on 2/4/16

"Hi,
I applied a 20% off code. It also allowed me to stack on a 10% off or $10 off code. This was my first time ordering."

Since then the only email I have received from them was the automated one on 2/4/16.

"Hello Gorgeous!

Now mind you the next business day is 2/5/16, the second business day is 2/8/16 and the third business day is 2/9/16. It is 2/11/16 and still I have not heard from them. Remember I originally brought this to their attention on 1/22/16!

I sent an email on 2/8/16 using their online form to inform them that I wanted to return my product and never heard back from them.

So finally on 2/11/16 I sent them my last email.
"Hello,
I still have not heard back from you after many attempts and waiting for the 1-3 business days over and over again for a reply so I am now going to dispute the charge for order 1544744 with my bank for your failure to contact me or care that you are losing a customer for failing to do so! It is truly sad that you care so little about your customers that you couldn't even once reply to my concerns. I will also make a report about this to the Better Business Bureau and ripoffreport.com."
 
I am done with this company and hope my bank will refund me for their failure to care or reply! I just hope that I save someone else from having to go through this with this company and stop them from purchasing before they are stuck like I am. This is beyond bad business practice!
