I have contacted Debra V. Ladic by phone and internet regarding non payment for signing services in July of 2012.  The acounts payable clerk Ellen, never calls back.  Debra finally contacted me and specifically told me the check would be cut.  That was in January.  She is by all accounts a truly unaccountable individual and has chosen to take the monies earned by notaries, and keep it for herself.  This company is nothing but a bunch of fibbers and thieves.  Barbara, Quincy CA

Please file a complaint with State Attorney General. I contacted the Secretary of State and this was the recommendation. I just filed my complaint today. Tell whomever you know that has been ripped off by Debbie Vladic of Sign On The X to do this.

I too have not been paid by Debbie Vladic of SOX notaries.  I would like to start a class action law suit against them but need help gathering all of the notaries involved.  I have an attorney and just need to get everyone involved.

Have you heard anything from them since this posting?
