Signapay Company received credit card funds but refused to credit my account and wouldnt let me talk to management Irving Texas

On 3/21 One of my customers charged a service with my company.  Signapay a company that has been my processor for 5 years approved the transaction at the point of sale on the machine.  They didn't fund my account the next day as in my contract.  When I contacted them, again I contacted them not them contacting me, they requested supporting documentation of the transaction and it was provided within an hour.  They then called American Express, who validated the charge with the customer, then called the customer who also validated the charge, and lastly called the funding bank who validated the charge.  

They waited 4 days and kept the funds during this process, and have now canceled the transaction stating that the transaction is more than they are comfortable with.  Keep in mind this is a 28k transaction which is more than our normal transaction but has been done numerous times over the past 5 years.  during the 5 years as a customer, we have never had one single complaint or challenged transaction or issue.  

WE are now unable to collect our money and the customer cannot pay leaving me blowing in the wind for 29k
