Complaint Review: Signature Credit Corporation

This is a very crummy way to do business.... now I don't know about those people who reported that they never received their cards, so I'm not touching on that subject. However, this company is still a bit of a rip off. In the third paragraph of the letter I recieved from them it states: You may use your Classic Advantage Card immediately upon receipt for all purchases FROM CREDIT PROVIDER. Meaning this is another of the many companies who disguse thier offers as "credit cards", when all they are doing is providing you with a line of credit for items that you can purchase from a catalouge they will send you. What makes this one especially crummy is the fact that a lot of people won't catch on to the above wording, and there is not any further information (phone #, web address, or anything else) provided. I am, of course, declining their offer. But if you want to do catolouge shopping... well, more power to you.
