There web site is "signaturecreditcorp.com" The only thing you can do here is e-mail them But there is also a phone number not sure if you can speak with anyone but worth a try. 713 633-5000. I called but hung up before I talked to anyone. They said to hold if you wanted to speak to a customer service rep. Hope this helps.
