Complaint Review: Signature Elegance International Furniture

I thought Signature Elegance International was one of the better furniture stores in Little Rock and boy was I wrong. The salesman and owner Philip Lester seems like one of the nicest guys in the world. So when he upsold my wife and I on purchasing a more durable, “special order” Italian bedroom set, I bought into it. The bedroom set was supposed to be shipped form Italy within two weeks. It’s been SIX MONTHS and I have not received this bedroom set. Philip assured my wife and I that it was on the way so many times, and six months later we do not have our bedroom set!

Signature Elegance International Furniture also refused to give us our deposit back stating that the company in Italy was working on it. Suffice to say this was a huge ripoff. Stay away from Signature Elegance International Furniture if you actually WANT to receive furniture in exchange for your money!!
