Complaint Review: Signature Escapes

Very simple the "Signature Escapes" people came into town.  They had sent the get free air tickets etc etc same old story very vague about their names on the letter. FLAG # 1   So they set up time to talk to you about vacations and how they can save so much money.  I KNEW it was bogus but figured I was headed to Florida in a couple of weeks go ahead get a free ride.    Ok cut to the chase after the spiel they take your money and you finally find out who they are or at least where their website is how long they have been around etc.  Money goes thru you get your coupon for air tickets and a nice website that really does work.

Went home signed up on the website guess what everything work well.  Got a great deal on a condo, and great price on hotel rooms driving down and back to Florida from IN.  Used it twice and got another weed in florida a 2 bedroom condo for 199 a week.   Loving this 

Well now the bad news   the company that I make the reservations is actually a broker called Save on resorts, and they sent me a letter stating that since Signature Escapes have not paid my membership they were cancelling my access to their website and the benifits.

So I called signature escapes and all lines lead back save on resorts because they do all the booking.  Saveonresorts.com

Stated that they no longer are doing business with Signature escapes but the two names they had were Richard Crawford and Chip something.  Probably Fake.

Can not get anyone  when you get to the actual phone 855-822-4697 you get the automated run around and it doesnt give you any names either. 

IF you dial 610 or 601 you get put thru but only to a musical recording.  LOL

I knew this was bad BUT, I did it anyway.  It didnt cost me as much as some but 3k I could have had a much better time in Florida.

From what I have read no one is getting any satisfaction from this rip off.  But we can vent.
