On November 5, 2007 we gave a 50% deposit to Signature Rails for future installation of an iron railing to be installed on our back steps. We were told it would take approximately 4 weeks. The check was given to Mitch Mitchell the sales representative in the amount of $587.50 and was made out to Darin Carfaro.
The check cleared our bank soon after in November of 2007.

Once the 4 weeks were up, we continually followed-up and were continually put off, being told it would be another week or two. In February of 2008, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In response, the company agreed to install our railing on March 14, but then never showed up and did not call to reschedule.

I have since made repeated requests over the phone to his administrative assistant, Christine, to have my money refunded but have had no response. Darin Carfaro refuses to return any of my phone calls.
