Complaint Review: Signature Residence Club (merchant Jogolo)

SIGNATURE RESIDENCE CLUB SELLS FRAUDULENT VACATION MEMBERSHIPS IN CABO SAN LUCAS.  Their office where I got scammed was at the LOS CABOS GOLF RESORT, and they have since been removed from that location, are are now located at a Restaurant on the MARINA in Cabo.  They use fake websites on their laptops to show people incredible deals for vacation weeks at luxurious reports, but when you get home from your vacation, none of this is true when you log on to their website.

Plus, most of the resorts are mandatory all-inclusive, which means that you have to pay at least $100.00 per day on top of the resort fee which they don't tell you about, nor is it written in the contract.

These people are crooks and con-artists and need to be stopped, as they are taking our hard-earned money for services/products that we have not received.  There are hundreds of people going through this same nightmare right now, as I have been communicating with them on TripAdvisor.

Signature Residence Club will not refund our money for fraudulent vacation memberships, and they need to be held accountable.
