On January 09, 2015 We were suppose to leave McDonald airport at 3:45pm but ended up leaving 3hrs. later due to baggage unloading problems then it was the toilet holding tank being frozen and finally while doing a tour of the airport the pilot did not want to leave because the plane was not DE-iced? We had arrived 3hrs before take-off and saw the baggage unloader not moving for 2hrs no activity whatsoever and the emptying of the holding tank??? We did a tour of the airport in the plane and they said we are waiting in line for DE-icing, there were no other planes out there waiting and we happened to go by the DE-icing crew who were just sitting around bored out of their minds. We lost 3hrs. just sitting around listening to excuses. Flight 351 to Porto Vallarta, Mexico return flight 352 was an hour late due to leaving Cuba late flight 352 that is what we were told? 4 hours late. When we arrived at our hotel at 12:45am it was too late to grab something to eat, the restaurants were closed. On our return back home we were deprived of oxygen. Cramped seats, broken recliners, suppose to be a champagne and dinner flight, turned out to be a sip of want to be champagne and crackers with peanuts? Nothing but scaming and lies. When I had sent them a report. They denied everything of course. I WILL NEVER FLY OR VACATION WITH SUNWING or SIGNATURE VACATIONS AGAIN!
