Complaint Review: Signia Marketing

 This company posted a ad on Craigslist looking for work at home reps starting pay I forgot and they have deleted the post. I contacted them and got a response from Ashleigh right away. I hopped on a call that night gave my information and was set up to work. I then started communicating with David Hernandez. I started getting skeptical because he only took my info to take calls but not my info to get paid. It was all about the money with me because o really needed it to be honest. No training just take calls and read the script as I did. It was horrible and the worst job I ever had in my whole life. This guy didn't let me take a break for one and he lied about the time I get off.

We are on different time zones and he knew this. He kept changing my time. I was suppose to get off the phones at 9 pm my time but he said no it's 10pm my time. Ok I kept taking calls even losing my voice because of no break between a calls they come in back to back to back! At almost 10 my time I told him I will be getting off soon he then said oh we change the time again to like 1 am my time. Keep in my I have a full time job and had to be up at 5 am and I was told when being recruited that I pick my own time. I refused and signed off and I was done I have been cursed out all night and called the n word in a nice way.

I ask him how will they pay me for that day and he said through my account. What account you never took my info! Then he started ignoring my emails. I contacted "HR" Ashleigh and by golly no response. I filed a form with the labor board in Colorado and guess what I was told I had a check going out on Wednesday of last month. Every week I was told a check was going out today well almost 2 months later nothing and they are ignoring my emails once again. Everyone that contacted me is a liar and is along with the scamming of there employees and consumers. It's not like they owe me a lot they just won't give it to me.

One excuse is that they didn't have my application. No idiots because you didn't do one so I did one and sent it to them and was told we're mailing your check today which was 2 weeks ago. There whole intentions was not to pay me at all. While researching them now I see they don't like to pay anyone. That is so against the law. Please pay me for my time and for my stress. You owe me more than what you normally did and I am going to get it. I have all the emails and the phone conversation because I had a bad feeling about this company when talking to the unprofessional scamming crew!
