I'm an independent Notary Signing Agent and got assignment from Signing Stream, Inc. They're either not paying the sevice assignment that is agreed or them make excuse and make a deduction in what originally agreed!

Your payment for Order ID 15499167520 in the amount of $75 has not yet been received. As per our agreement / contract for loan document signing services, your payment is due. I fulfilled my contractual duties in good faith, completing this job on time and following all requirements stipulated by your company. In turn, I expect you to fulfill your contractual obligation to me, by paying me in full for the services rendered.
I also expended time, print and money by driving 30 miles round-trip to perform your loan signing assignment (and I’m sure you are aware that gasoline is now quite expensive). As a business professional yourself, I am sure you would concur that prompt payment for a job completed satisfactorily and as per agreement, is both fair and reasonable. To preserve our business relationship, please remit payment to me immediately at the address below.

THIS COMPLAINT IS FALSE AND UNFOUNDED AND THE NOTARY HAS IN FACT BEEN PAID IN FULL!!!
Notary Navid Paktan was paid exactly 49 days from the close of the signing, within the agreed upon 30-60 day timeframe for payment. If the notary's fee was deducted $5, it may have been due to failure to comply with contractual requirements that are meant to protect consumers (borrowers) and lending institutions. Our company has a 100% payment track record for the thousands of valued notary signing agents we work with on a monthly basis.
