Signing Stream, Inc contracted with me as an independent signing agent on three separate occasions (twice August 2018 and once in September 2018) for notary signing services in Tennessee.  They sent me an order with our agreed upon fee each time.   I performed each signing successfully and in a timely manner -- printed documents, contacted the client, drove to the assignment, notarized all documents for their clients, returned via FedEx the completed documents as agreed.

  They did not pay me for my services per their Notary Service Agreement.  I reached out numerous times to their Support person-- Thary Mao --as she is one who contacted me and sent me the order.

When I called to follow up on nonpayment, she transferred my calls to Accounting Department.  Initially, Accounting said they were working on August payments (three months after the signing).  Then, they no longer answered phones nor replied to follow-up attempts on my part.  They no longer respond.  I reported them to Better Business Bureau -- no response from that either.
