Within 24 hours of signing the sign contact I am forced to cancel my order. I had two finical disasters occur that will cost me a couple of thousand dollars and can not incur the expense of the sign.

Signtronix stated that they are unable to cancel or terminate contract in any way. And (subtlety) threatened me with legal action. They stated they didn't know of ANY contracts that are not 'iron clad' and that they could not cancel the order even though no work beyond paper work had occurred within that 24 hours. I informed them of the potential business leathal determent the added burden of the signs will be and that I was cancelling to attempt to save my business.

Since no labor, or materials had, as of that time, gone into the making of the sign calcelling within 24 hours should not be a hardship on the company's part.
The response was that the Company had spend 'Advertising' dollars, nothing could be done.
So, my business can fail, my family can starve..., but they can't reallocate they advertising dollars.

My state doesn't allow 'Iron Clad' contracts regardless what state the contract come out of, this hasn't ended.

Business contracts are usually non-cancelable.

While you do get a 3 day right of recision for a sale conducted in your home, that is rarely the case in a business to business sale.
