To whom it may concern,

On 1/13/05 I paid $79.95 USD for the ADD/Blast Web Promotion System. This payment was for a 12-month subscription. The URL for this system was: http://www.addblast.com.

I received a username and password in a confirmation email message from PayPal but could not access my subscription due to an "Invalid username and password" message I received when I tried to login to the ADD Blast program (this was in spite of the fact that at least 5 times I correctly entered the username and password I received from PayPal).

On 1/13/05 I received a confirmation email from PayPal stating that Sigridur Kristjansd accepted my payment of $79.95.

I emailed Sigridur Kristjansd on a number of occasions explaining that I had paid for the ADD/Blast Web Promotion System, that I received a username and password from PayPal, but could not login. All I wanted when I sent these email messges was a way to log into the program that I had paid for.

It is now more than four months later, and I still have not been able to log into the ADD/Blast Web Promotion System AND I still have not heard a word from Sigridur Kristjansd. Let me add that none of my email messages to Sigridur Kristjansd have been returned to me as undeliverable.

In my most recent email message to Sigridur Kristjansd (dated 4/7/05), I requested a full refund for the ADD/Blast Web Promotion System. My reason for the refund was based on the fact that I still could not login to my subscription and I still had not heard from Sigridur Kristjansd. In this email message, I included the transaction ID, my subscription number, the payment method (PayPal), and the amount of payment ($79.95 USD) associated with the ADD/Blast Web Promotion System that I had paid for.

I contacted PayPal about this issue in April, but they sent me an email message stating that after 60 days, they could not inquire into this issue.

I recently noticed that the very same ADD/Blast Web Promotion System that I paid $79.95 for in January 2005 now costs only $19.95. As a result of all the problems I have experienced with this program and with Sigridur Kristjansd, I do NOT want login access anymore to the subscription I paid for. I now want a complete refund of the $79.95 USD that I paid for this program.

Most of these ad blasters sites are scams! They tell you that they will send your ads too millions and they don't! next time try this before you buy. when you see a website like this again. look behind their webpage by clicking onto source. look for paypal or stormpay in the web source. once you find paypal or stormpay look for the RETURN URL some websites encrypt this url so people can't copy and paste them into their web browser and go directly too their download page.

but 79% of the time webmasters are just plain lazy and they don't encrypt them. you usually can copy and paste these urls into your browsers and use the program too see if it works.

i have done this dozens of times. the ones that did'nt work period did'nt hurt me finacially i only lost some time! the ones that did work i contacted the webmaster and paid him and made him aware of the vulnerability of his website.

it's kind of hacking but it will save you losing tons of money on sites out there trying too scam people with false advertisment programs
