Silberman's Army Navy Charged CC immediately, finally said they could not get pants, after 44 days credited CC Bronx Internet

This is the account of my first and last business transaction with Silberman's. I can not say that they are crocked, but they are at minimum definitely incompetent. Check out the BBB complaints

Ordered pants on May 5th, and charged immediately. Finally on June 18th my credit card was refunded. They are quick to take your money without knowing if they have item in stock, and then after they admit they cannot get the item for me, it took 15 calendar days for them to process the refund

No info on shipping, called to inquire put on automatic hold forever. Sent email and was told that item was on back order. I dumped the mail, wish I had not.

The refund process started 06/05. Please allow 5-10 business days from this date for the refund to show on your card.
