Message Okay, lets try this one last time. My order # is 68873. You have never sent a return label to me to pick up my damaged merchandise.

I am very tired of the lack of customer service that you offer. You continue to run me in circles by acting like you are taking care of my issue.

Why is a Supervisor unable to call me. I have requested this 3 times now. My order is over 60 days old and you continue to act like you have no clue what is happening. I know you are not that unintelligent. You have been in business too long to be this uninformed about what is happening in your business.

I just want to get his resolved. Please have a Supervisor contact me. 615-587-8255. Just act like you really care.

I am telling everyone that I know not to order from your company. It may not seem like much to you, but eventually the word willl get around and you will lose sales. Why not take care of this issue and I will tell others about how you resolved my issue.

Again, please have a Supervisor contact me. I would really appreciate it.

Message Okay, it is 12-17 and nobody has follow-up with me. I have called 4 times now and emailed twice. My order was placed on 10-22. It has been 60 days and I continually get the response my supervisor will get back to you.

All I want is to get my money back for the damaged merchandise that was sent to me. Is it possible to actually have someone take care of my issue, or will I continue to get responses that say my supervisor will address this issue?

Please respond with action. All of the words that I have recived so far have been attached to no action.

Message My order number is 68873. I have spoke with 3 representatives of your company about the defective merchandise that I received. The boot hooks were broken when they arrived.

I have requested each time, except the last, that my merchandise be exchanged. Both times, I was told that the product would be picked up and exchanged. This did not happen.

On the last phone call, I requested that my money be returned. I was informed that it would.

As of this date, none of the above has happened. Would you please take care of this issue and return my money to me? The shoes are boxed in the original shipping package awaiting pickup. I do not want them any longer.

I look forward to someone being honest and having integrity to correct this issue. I do not like being lied to about service that will not be provided.

Please contact me with resolution that will mitigate this issue and that will actually happen.
