Silhouettes Womens Clothing Never has anything in stock. the business that doesn't give a dam tricked and lied to us ripoff waste of time mistreated Internet
I received a Silhouttes catalog in the mail. Since the prices and new styles were great I decided to do my spring shopping with them.
Well, I had a list of 14 items to purchase. Out of the 14 only 1 item was in stock, but in the wrong size. All the rest were DISCONTINUED items. This catalog only came in the mail the day before.
When I called the 800 number and complained, the women on the phone was very rude. All she was interested in doing was selling me other items that I'm sure were overstocks. Not even spring clothes, they were all winter sweaters and wool slacks.
This is how this company operates. They send you a really nice catalog, knowing full well they don't have the merchandise, then try to sell you stuff you don't won't.
Spent 1 1/2 hours on internet and phone, didn't get one piece I wanted.
How does this company stay in business???
