I place an order for a soalr powered fountain at the price of $99.95 on 5/1/08. On 5/6/08 a email was recieved that the item was out of stock and would ship in 3 to 4 weeks. I waited patiently bur recieved no further communication. on 6/9/08 I contacted cusomer support to find out why order not recieved yet and was told it would be another 3 to 4 weeks for the itme to ship from their california warehouse. Whe I requested to have the item shipped directly to me from the california warehouse i was told that this was impossible but not why. When i requested to speack with a supervisor the service rep connected me with the company office manager. When I asked to speak with someone higher up the chain of command I was told that they were not in today and that they "dont take any phone calls". I was given the option to cancel the order or wait for shipment for another 3 to 4 weeks. It appears that there is no one to speack with to resolve the order info except an office manager.
