Complaint Review: Silicon Solar - Silicon Solar

On May I ordered a portable solar panel from SiliconSolar INC. My invoice number: 45629
I never received the order, but my account was not debited the money. In September I found out that not only I still had not receive the order but that my bank account was debited the $1018.90 (including taxes & shipping of the "ghostly product").

Since October I've been monthly contacting them and I'm issuing tickets asking for my money back. The first months the answer was that my money will be refund the latest for next week... But never this has happened.

Last week I called them again and I was said that my refund would be process by this week (12 of January). Today I called again and the new answer I receive is that the refund processing company (?????????) is having problems and no refunds can be processed. When asking when will they process them, the answer was that it will take couple of weeks. I asked again why my money was not refund before and the answer was "Don't know"

Am I right or this sounds like a new way of stealing? Are we seeing a professional thieves company?
