After reporting that the SunMaxx-20 has a bracket misalignment problem, rather than supplying me with the correct brackets, a salesman named Larry Houck told me to just leave the aluminized reflector panels off and the misalignment will go away. Larry Houck claims that "design modification" will only reduce the efficiency of the system by 0.5%. At the job site, the client has already seen the reflector panels, all other similar evacuated tube solar collector systems (i.e. Apricus, et al) have the reflector panels. The fix to the problem is a modification to the stainless steel mounting plates that connects the extruded aluminum rails to the manifold on top and the tube/cup support on bottom.

Silicon Solar will either have to pay to have the mounting plates holes elongated or supply me with modified aluminized reflector panels that fit between the rails with the existing mounting plates, or pay to have the whole shipment returned to them and refund my money, losing all present and future business from myinstalltion jobs.
