Complaint Review: Silicon Valley Peripherals Or Imaging Corporation

I bought a digital camera from this company on ebay. This Adrian Chen made the camera sound as if it was "the digital camera to buy"While I was waiting on the camera to arrive I went back and read their Feedback on ebay... when I started reading their Negative Feedbacks I thought UH OH!...I should have read this before I bid on the camera.This guy is a THUG!When I received the camera it was JUNK..very bad photos..This thug has over inflated shipping charges and sold me junk! and he probably knew he was selling me junk!. I tried to contact him but he never answered any of my correspondence so ebay sent me their personal info.

( on Paypal my money was paid to Silicon Valley Imaging Corporation $91.54)..City Fremont, California, Phone (510) 207-5596. Still no reply from him so I entered a complaint with ebay concerning this manner. I will pursue legal action against this
Adrian Chen and Silicon Valley Imaging Corporation if they do not resolve this manner as soon as possible.
