Silkies Billing Center-Katherine Baldwin ripoff did not order Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I received 3 pair of Silkie nylons that I did not order or want.

Have never been billed until now and they want a past-due amount of $13.96.

A phone number or e-mail is nowhere on the bill for a person to get ahold of them.

I would like to tell them to stick their Silkies up.............!

I too had the same thing happen to me. I sent my pantyhose back in Jan. 2004. In Feb. I received a notice saying my payment ws overdue ($13.00). I too was mad! The bill states, "if you have a problem let us know." Well, how do you get in-touch with the company if it doesn't have a telephone number? So I sent back my statement and wrote Ms. Baldwin at the billing center. I told her to take my name off their billing list, not to send me anymore products, & to send me a statement showing that my "bill" has been cleared.

I just called the customer service line (got the number from this website) & they do show where the items have been returned & are sending me an updated statement.
