Dear Sir or Madam:
The attached letter was mailed to Silkies Pantyhose, along with the package of pantyhose that I did not ask for.

I will repeat this again, I did not ask to do business with you; I do not want your merchandise now or ever. I paid $$5.83 (certified return receipt) in order to return the hose you had fraudulently sent to me . I also enclosed a letter stating that I wanted you now and forever to leave me alone and that I wanted you to take me off your mailing list. You took it upon yourself to send me an additional package of pantyhose without first making sure that I actually wanted more of your merchandise, which I did not.

I have already written a statement to the Better Business Bureau about your companys soft scam tactics to extort money from consumers. I have read countless complaints over the internet about your deceptive mail fraud and billing schemes. The strange thing about this whole sorted business is that we all are complaining about the exact same thing, word for word. Id say you have a real problem on your hands.

I will continue to escalate up the chain until you wipe my name and any information you have pertaining to me from your files.
