Last autumn I requested a sample of their product (custom hosiery - which ran the first time I tried them on). They sent the sample along with an entire order, which I did not request. They sent an invoice for the full order to me in November. I emailed them explaining I would not be paying for what I did not order. There was no response so I thought the matter closed. Just today I received another invoice. I again emailed them explaining I would not be paying for something I didn't order, that my email was a cease and desist notification and any further request for payment would be forwarded to my state's attorney general. I have copies of both emails in my inbox.

I too was taken aback when I first received my order. I went back & looked at the information regarding the "free sample" that I kept to avoid any confusion. I did see on the card in small print that they would send me four pair that I would have to purchase or return. Now I felt it was my honest error & went ahead & paid for it but low & behold, I was automatically sent another 4 pair the next month. I immediately cancelled the order by writing on the invoice "cancel, did not order".

I just resealed the package & popped it back in the mail & did not receive any more until I re-ordered later on. My suggestion is to carefully read EVERYthing on the "free sample" card. Don't just look at the card only at face value. Obviously we should know we won't get something for nothing or w/o any trouble.

Secondly, ALWAYS keep every piece of paper or anything that has to do with the order itself so you'll have a paper trail or something to refer back to. If you still receive shipments just write cancel, did not order, or, cancel did not re-order & that should take care of it.
