Silver Bay Plaza LLC Silver Bay Plaza Unsafe Location Car Damaged Property Owner Doesn't Care Milwaukee, Wisconsin
what i went thru was a real donut hole, u better believe it
first i go to get my nails done for a wedding at the sexy nails salon in glendale/milwaukee (one side of the street is glendale, one side if milwaukee)
you can see the sexy nails sign in the picture
their located at the silver bay plaza on silver spring rd. it looked pretty dumpy but it had a car rental place and a few other stores so i said it cant be too bad
im pretty sure the ching chongs gave me a fungal infection because my big toe has been red and swollen for over a week
but thats besides the point. it just shows u what kind of tenant they rent to there
ANYWAY im writing about the owner of the space sexy nails rents from (silver bay plaza llc)
it took me a long time to get to the bottom of all of this so please bare with me
while my feet are soaked in warm bubbly water apparently a gang of you know whats were outside in the parking lot high on bubbly and whipping a tire iron around on the cars just for fun
when i paid and went out to my car i found it dented in the hood and the back window cracked right down the middle. both of my rear lights were broken in
i looked around and surprise 2 other cars next to mine were damaged
this was in the middle of day light in plain sight u wud think its safe to park in a private parking lot like this
so i called police and filed a report and everything
sexy nails doesnt have cameras and from what the police said there r no security cameras anywhere on the parking lot
since i couldnt understand a word the people in sexy nails said i went on my own to find the property owners information so i could get my car fixed
its silver bay plaza llc run by this scumbag named mike briscoe
this jerk dicked me around for half a month before he would even give me the name of this insurance co
finally i got it and its continental western insurance group (huh?? who the hell is that)
i filed a claim, gave them a copy of the police report plus pictures and an estimate from maaco body shop
i thought maybe they would want another estimate because insurance cos sometimes do but they said maaco was fine
or so i thought
a week later i get a letter from continental western saying mike briscoe and silver bay plaza llc their insured refuses to accept responsibility for the vandalism that happened on their property
and the claim is denied
beware, peeps. dont go to any of the stores at silver bay plaza in milwaukee
or u might have your property damaged without any recorse

This is a parking lot that the public can access. This makes it a "public space" as far as the vandilisum your car suffered.
That makes it your insurance companies problem, not the property owners.
I am really really suprised you even got as far as you did with the insurance company and the property owner.
I would have explaind your situation and told you to go away

" im pretty sure the ching chongs gave me a fungal infection "
Given the general tone of your report, I get the feeling that you are no stranger to fungus.
" apparently a gang of you know whats were outside in the parking lot high on bubbly and whipping a tire iron around on the cars just for fun "
There's your answer. The "you know whats" (whatever that means) are the ones responsible for damaging your car. The owner of the property didn't vandalize your car. Why would you think he's responsible for fixing it.
