The silver bomber electric scooter has a dangerous manufacturing flaw. There is a pin (bolt) that holds the front fork to the main chassis. That pin is fastened with a flimsy c-clamp type fastener. This apparently gives out very easily. My son was riding the scooter when the pin gave way, and the scooter collapsed under him at full speed (about 12 mph). This resulted in three broken teeth, a broken shoulder and multiple contusions on the face, arms and legs. Fortunately he was wearing a helmet. I would advise anybody to bring this back to the place of purchase. If that is not possible, a simple fix would be to replace the pin with a strong carriage bolt and place double nuts on the end to lock the bolt into place.
